Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 15, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the services offered through it (the "Site"), operated by Mozingo Enterprises LLC dba Living True Holistic Massage and Education ("Living True," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Services

Living True provides on-site chair massage and related wellness services, delivered by licensed health care providers, primarily serving Sacramento County and El Dorado Hills, California. Descriptions of services on this Site are for general information and may be updated at any time. All bookings are subject to availability and to a service agreement or written confirmation between you and Living True.

3. Quotes and Estimates Are Non-Binding

Any pricing shown on this Site, including estimates generated automatically from information you provide in our quote form, is an estimate only. While we strive for transparency, online estimates are non-binding due to the possibility of online miscalculations. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing after we review your requirements. Estimates are based on a per-hour rate multiplied by the number of Therapists needed for your event.

4. Not Medical Advice

Although our services are provided by licensed health care providers, the content of this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Chair massage is not a substitute for care from your physician or other qualified health professional. If you have a medical condition, consult your health care provider before receiving massage services.

5. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

Specific booking, payment, and cancellation terms are set out in the service agreement or written confirmation for your event. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due as stated on the invoice, and cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated to us as early as possible.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to submit false or misleading information, attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or infringe the rights of others.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
